Dragon fruit gelato is the way to go! It's very refreshing. They also give out free samples!

Gelato and sorbet great different flavors. You can get a taste of the different flavors, just ask. Surprised to be able to get coffee and ice tea with 2 competitors so close by. Take a break from shopping and snack here.

We didn’t know what flavor to choose from and staff was so accommodating to let us try them all!! It was clean and in a great location. Not to mention the best gelato ever!! Can’t wait to come back:)

I feel like the management makes the staff berate the public with offers of free samples to drum up business. The gelatto is good, expensive but tasty.To the staff, try to be little more genuine, its ice cream not used cars.

Not that great of ice cream. Waffle cone was over cooked. We only needed one scoop.. they said they could split it if we paid $3 for an extra paper cup. Horrible customer service. Better to wait and go elsewhere.

Gelato and waffle shop.There are volumes in cups and waffle cones, but if you order waffles as usual, you will get two baked waffles full of volume and one with gelato.The gelato was very sweet-it was hard for me to eat a little, but the women seemed to be delicious.

The gals were super friendly, the gelato is amazing my only critique would be that the waffle could be a little less cooked.

I stopped by for a shopping break and received a gelato. part time job? A woman in the country worked hard to bring in the food and let me sample it. Gelato was sweet and delicious and healed the fatigue of shopping.

One star for you, At Ala mona very disappointed for service specific Asia young guy He is a vulgar person. I'm a customer you support to respect us. I want to let you know a lot of people can understand English.

Very friendly workers and the gelato was delicious

One of the best places I visited during my time in Hawaii- Honolulu ! Love the spot, in the middle of Ala Mohana shopping center. You can have the best coffee , tasty Gelato , great waffle or etheir Italian drink . Don’t miss it !!! I will be back for sure.

The strawberry lemonade gelato is my favorite but I wish they also sold tubs of the gelato to take home because the portions they sell it in are so large that I can't finish it without starting to feel sick from all the sugar. I wish I had the option of indulging in it in moderation.

Probably the da bestest experience I had with deze guys. They were closing but my date and I were craving one ice cream. The manager said sure no worries and they reopened for us! Who does that!? Couz, I promise you like check dese peeps out
